Movement, exercise and fitness  looks different in every body. There is no one right way or wrong way to exercise.  The key  to a successful movement plan is to find the thing you love to do. We will work together to find the  'thing' you will enjoy and stick with. It may be something as simple as walking to the end of your driveway, or finding a dance class you love.  Your potential is infinite.  The wonderful thing about having a movement plan is you begin to feel the positive results in weeks.  You can have a workable program you can stick with in a month. 

Food Wellness Guidance

Functional food coaching focused on fuel that makes your body feel energized and resilient.

Common sense eating wins the day.  We work together to find the best eating plan for you.  It may look like a well planned, organized meal program, or simple tweaks here and there to maximize your health.  You have options when it comes to healthy eating and living. this is not a one size fits all way of life.  This is a YOU FIT way of life.  Food wellness just for you. Feel a difference within a couple of weeks and experience change within months.

Deep dive into your lifestyle habits and create a sustainable path toward balance and vitality.

Together we find the right path for you.  Through deep dives and

pondering questions we find your way forward. We will delve into the areas of your life that you believe are holding you back. You can feel better, be more organized, more rested, have more  control of your life and begin to work towards habit change with in a matter of weeks.

A 3-month commitment in a small group.  We spend time discussing plans, trying  out new strategies and following up. Groups start on a planned schedule and time.

Meet Lindsey

 

Twenty years ago I found myself gaining weight rapidly, weeks vs. months, fatigue that was debilitating, and unknown allergic reactions running rampant in my body.  I started on the obstacle course of running to multiple doctors and basketfuls of medications. After a couple of years of doctors telling me learn to live with my symptoms I realized I couldn't just live with my symptoms any longer.

That's when I jumped into the world of health and fitness. 

I provide a compassionate space for people who are afraid or intimidated or just don't have the time to find a movement, food and wellness plan. Whatever stage of life you're currently living in I will help and guide you to find the healthy fit that is right for you.  

 

Whether the program you're looking for helps you age with vitality, stay active while living with chronic illness, or simply recharge your metabolism. Together, we focus on realistic steps that allow you to feel better in your body and in your daily life. 

 

I'm an NB-HWC certified health and wellness coach, personal trainer, food wellness therapist, and yoga instructor with 20 years of experience.  I bring all these tools together to support your path to vitality. 

This is long-term change, not short-term wins. We go at your pace to find change and to flourish. We are modifying habits, and discovering the path forward that works for you.
